I (Darryle Melson) am a degreed Engineer, I received my inspection certifications from Inspection Training Associates (ITA), National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI), and Georgia Institue of Home Inspectors (GIHI).

My objective is to ease the apprehension of purchasing a home for busy professionals, who want a detailed assessment of their home. Each client deserves to know the positive and negative aspects to their new home.
